It has been brought to our attention that emails are being circulated with fake job offers from people claiming to work for, or affiliated with Stora Enso Oyj.
These false job offers are related to making international financial transactions on behalf of the company. The recipient of the emails may be asked to provide detailed personal and financial information which can be used for illegal transactions.
These scam emails are written in poor English, and although supposedly from Stora Enso, they are not using the company’s full name or email address.
Stora Enso disassociates itself from these emails and advises the recipients to do the following
• do not to respond to unsolicited employment offers from people you are unfamiliar with,
• do not disclose personal or financial details
• please report these to your local law enforcement agency.
All legitimate job offers are listed on Stora Enso’s Careers website.
