Dongguan Mill produces consumer packaging (microflute, cartonboard), luxury packaging (rigid boxes), and informative packaging (manuals, labels, stickers).  It also offers value-added services, such as design, sample making, co-packing, logistics and warehouse management, to meet various customer needs.

In Dongguan, Stora Enso Inpac operates two factories: Dongguan Factory and Dongguan Label Factory. Operations were started in 2005. Dongguan is located in the Guangdong province, south China.
