Kopparfors Sawmill 

Kopparfors Sawmill operates as a part of Stora Enso Wood Products Northern European Unit.

Kopparfors is located on the coast line 40 km north of Gävle and 250 km north of Stockholm. The sawmill has invested in modern technology including new equipment for further processing.

Today the sawmill has a yearly production of 310 000 m3 of which 150 000 m3 is further processed by planing. 

The Sawmill, together with one of Stora Enso´s pulp mills, owns the harbour next to the sawmill.  Most transport to customers leaves from there.
