Our communications with the debt capital market follow the Stora Enso Group’s common investor relations principles: consistent, open and prompt disclosure of relevant information to all parties in the capital market.

Stora Enso’s fixed-income investor relations include investor updates in Europe and the USA in group or one-on-one meetings at least once a year. These annual non-deal roadshows give our debt investors an opportunity to meet Stora Enso management. We have a database of about 400 investors whom we have met in person. The database allows us to distribute event-related information in real time. Financial results are distributed to investors by mail and e-mail.

We arrange review meetings between Stora Enso management and the rating agencies annually. Regular contact with the analysts is also important to ensure all relevant information is exchanged between the agencies and Stora Enso.

Credit analysts of the banks in debt capital markets  are regularly updated and kept informed.
