Referring to the press release dated 1 October 2002, we wish to confirm that there were 1 691 conversions and a total of 1 143 700 series A shares were converted into R shares. The shares have been recorded in the Finnish trade register today, 3 October 2002, and trading in the new R shares will start on 4 October 2002.
