Stora Enso Oyj was informed on 7 May 2009 that the number of shares in the
Company held by the funds managed by Orbis Investment Management Limited, Orbis
Asset Management Limited and Orbis Portfolio Management (Europe) LLP has
decreased below 5% of the of the paid-up share capital and the number of shares
in Stora Enso Oyj on 6 May 2009.
With reference to Chapter 2, paragraph 10 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act,
Stora Enso Oyj is reporting that as of 6 May 2009 the shareholding of funds
managed by Orbis Investment Management Limited, Orbis Asset Management Limited
and Orbis Portfolio Management (Europe) LLP is as follows:
