Our R&D staff and technical customer service co-operate very closely to satisfy the customers’ specific demands and also to assist them in troubleshooting and problem-solving. At our experts’ disposal are substantial resources such as laboratories and pilot equipment for printing and web run studies, packaging product design etc. We also offer on-site support in the pressroom.

Stora Enso Timber's R&D customer support concentrates on new product and/or concept development projects together with customers.
