The organisation of sales in Czech Republic is divided in two sectors. Sales of main boards is managed by the Area Sales Manager's Department located in Austria.

The other sector covers side boards and fall down grades which are sold from the Czech sawmills - Zdirec Sawmill and Plana Sawmill by sales managers themselves.

Sales in Czech Republic serves customers by handling inquiries, working out offers, negotiating contracts, inspecting regular deliveries as well as dealing with specific wishes.
