The 7-storey office building with 8,000 m2 floor space is made from more than 2,000 m3 of CLT from Stora Enso's Ybbs unit. Designed by Tzannes architects and developed by our partner Lendlease, IHS is a distinctive new element in the city, intended to establish a warm and welcoming connection between the new harbour precinct of Barangaroo and the heart of the city. The architecture enhances the character of the public domain as well as the interior environment for its tenants and visitors by exploring a unique character and authenticity with a fully exposed timber structure.
