The Stora Enso Group prepares Consolidated financial statements and Interim Reports conforming to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), which are published in Finnish and English. Stora Enso Oyj prepares its Financial statements in accordance with the Finnish Accounting Act.

Disclosure policy

The disclosure policy of the Stora Enso Group emphasises the importance of transparency, credibility, responsibility, proactivity and interaction. It was formulated according to the communications practices of the Stora Enso Group, which follow all the laws and regulations applicable to the Company. The principles of the Disclosure Policy were approved by Stora Enso Oyj’s Board of Directors on 12 May 2004, and have been updated latest in 2023.
