Workforce reporting procedure and contractor liability

1. Company check and reporting

The supplier's and the supplier's subcontractors' ability to take care of their contractor's liability is checked in connection with the contract by providing the contractor liability documents to Stora Enso. Reporting is done electronically.

 

The company will be given reporting passwords in connection with the contract.

Report your company and subcontractor at the following address: https://app.zeroni.fi/login

 

The company must be prepared to prove their ability to take care of their contractor's liability by presenting:

- Account of entry in the tax prepayment register, the employer register and the VAT register

-Extract from trade register

-Account of tax payment matters

-Proof of pension insurance taken out for employees and of pension insurance payments that have been made or proof that a payment plan has been drawn up for overdue pension insurance contributions

-Account of the collective agreement or main terms of employment to be applied to the work

-Account of the arrangement of occupational health care, together with a Finnish occupational health service provider

-Proof that statutory accident insurance has been taken out.

 

These documents must be provided by Finnish, Swedish or English.

 

2. Reporting of persons

A workforce report that includes the required documents must be made for every person.

Workforce reports must be made as follows:

1. Finnish 14 days before the start of the shutdown

2. Foreigners 14 days before

 

The company must be prepared to report on the workforce it uses:

Finnish workforce

-First and last name, tax number, date of birth/personal identity code, telephone number, contact person, nationality, type of employment relationship, subcontractor chain, company and company's contact person

-Copy of ID card that complies with the requirements of construction sites (photo, name, tax number, name of company paying wages, business ID)

 

Foreign workforce

-First and last name, tax number, date of birth/personal identity code, telephone number, contact person, nationality, type of employment relationship, subcontractor chain, company and company's contact person

-Address in home country

-EU and EEC nationals:

1. Copy of passport or other travel document

2. Proof of pension and accident insurance (A1/E101)or proof of accident insurance taken out in Finland.

3. Copy of ID card that complies with the requirements of construction sites

 

-Other than EU and EEC nationals:

1. Copy of passport or other travel document

2. Proof of pension and accident insurance (A1/E101) or proof of accident insurance taken out in Finland

3. Copy of work permit/visa

4. Copy of ID card that complies with the requirements of construction sites

5. Worker's contact person in Finland and contact details

 

3. Make sure that your contact person is aware of and approves the workforce report on time.

You can pick up the access tag when you get a notification that your personal check has been approved.

Every employee must personally pick up their access tag.

Those picking up an access tag must be prepared to prove their identity and present their ID card.

 

Everyone entering the mill area need to register themselves when entering or leaving the area. Vehicle gate is allowed only to the driver, all passengers need to step out and use personnel gate.
