Top sustainable event with renewable products and solutions
Stora Enso is the presenting sponsor of the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships 2023 in Planica, Slovenia. Our main aim as the presenting sponsor is to support the Local Organising Committee in making these championships a sustainable sport event in all aspects. We do that by offering our renewable products and expertise within sustainability to the event.
Stora Enso contributes to the sustainability and circularity of this large-scale sports event and showcase renewable and recyclable solutions in numerous applications. Check out our products and designs that are part of the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships 2023 in Planica.

OneLoop
- 3D printed furniture in VIP premises
- OneLoop sustainable furniture are circular and made from renewable materials
- When the furniture is no-longer used, we can collect it and repurpose it to manufacture new products

Wooden pavilion
- Located in the heart of the Planica competition center
- Serves as a place to meet our volunteers and to explore our product exhibition
- Product material: CLT, LVL and Thermowood by Stora Enso
- The wooden elements will be re-used in other projects after championships
