Stora Enso’s Head Office: Mass timber LCA-led design and construction

Katajanokan Laituri is home to Stora Enso's new head office as well as a hotel, event space, restaurants, cafés, and a rooftop terrace.

Completed in the summer of 2024, it is a landmark of sustainable construction. Located on Helsinki’s South Harbour, this urban regeneration project is Finland's largest mass timber building to date.
