Exo by Stora Enso is a product family of machine-finished (MF) improved newsprint papers. 

Exo brings you many advantages for advertising and supplements in daily newspapers. With the correct settings and adaptations, you can achieve significantly better results with improved newsprint compared with printing on standard newsprint.

An uncoated, machine-finished specialty paper, Exo delivers higher brightness and bulk than a standard newsprint grade, and even a smoother surface. The greater brightness gives more reproducible colours and improved print contrast.

Thanks to a better reproduction of colour images, a stiffer paper, and less set-off and print-through, you’ll increase the perceived quality and content value of your product.

ExoPlus expands our Exo improved newsprint offering with a premium printing platform for opaque printed materials and images where high brightness is less important. Smoother and glossier than Exo, ExoPlus still retains its rigidity thanks to an excellent thickness to grammage ratio. It provides excellent print quality both in rotogravure and in heatset printing.
