Stora Enso has been top-ranked in gender balance and gender equality. Equileap, an organisation set up to accelerate progress toward gender equality at work, collects data from over 3 000 public companies in 23 countries to rank companies leading the way in achieving gender balance and equality. Among the top 200 companies globally, Stora Enso was ranked 12 as the only company from the forest industry. We were also ranked first out of companies based in Finland.
