Our hiring process:
1. Application
After you submit your application, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us, letting you know that we’ve received it and are reviewing your materials. If you’ve created an account in our recruitment system, you can track the progress of your application there.
If your skills and experience match what we’re looking for, we’ll be in touch within a few weeks. If not, we’ll notify you by email once we’ve made our decision.
2. Selection
If you move to the interview stage, you can learn more about us, and we can get to know you better. Please come prepared, and feel free to be yourself.
The selection process may differ depending on the position and location. We may ask you to do a video interview, aptitude tests, background checks, reference checks, health screenings, or drug tests.
3. Decision
This is the final step. If we decide to move forward, we send you an offer. Your hiring manager goes through the details with you, and we send a digital contract to sign. After you sign, we start the onboarding preparations for your first day.
4. Welcome to Stora Enso
Congratulations and welcome aboard. Your manager will share the information you need for your first day, including practical details and onboarding steps.
