Our hiring process:
1. Application
After you submit your application, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us, letting you know that we’ve received it and are reviewing your materials. If you’ve created an account in our recruitment system, you can track the progress of your application there.
If your skills and experience match what we’re looking for, we’ll be in touch within a few weeks. If not, we’ll notify you by email once we’ve made our decision.
2. Selection
Congrats, you’ve made it to the interview stage! This is your chance to learn more about us, and our chance to get to know you better. We’re excited to see if we’re a great fit for each other—so just come prepared and be yourself!
The selection process may differ depending on the position and location. For example, we might ask you to complete a video interview or take aptitude tests. Please be aware that we may also conduct background checks, reference checks, health screenings, or drug tests as part of the process.
3. Decision
This is the final step. If we decide to move forward, you’ll receive an offer! Your hiring manager will go over the job details with you, and once everything’s agreed upon, we’ll send you a digital contract to sign. Once your contract is signed, we’ll start preparing for your first day!
