Stora Enso has been top-ranked in gender balance and gender equality. Equileap, an organisation set up to accelerate progress toward gender equality at work, collects data from over 3 000 public companies in 23 countries to rank companies leading the way in achieving gender balance and equality. Among the top 100 companies globally, Stora Enso was ranked 29. We were ranked first out of companies based in Finland, and first out of companies in the forest sector.
